‘So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. ‘ -Romans 10:17
The Word of God is critical to the growth of your faith. The best way to know the Word of God is to consistently read (or listen) to the Bible. For the next few weeks we challenge you to read the Bible 6 days every week. Over the course of 8+ weeks you will read through the major stories and themes of the Bible. Plus, every week, Pastor David will preach from the chapters you are reading.
We give because we are made in God’s image, and He is a giver. We are never more like God than when we give. Thank you for partnering with Cross Points Church to reach, not only the lost and broken but the poor and needy as well.

CONNECT GROUPS
A few ways to stay in touch with your Connect Group
RightNow Media – I encourage you to choose a study (or continue a study) and watch it as a group. See the link below to share with your group.
Zoom – Zoom is a web application for video conferencing. You can use it for free for meetings up to 40 minutes. If you prefer a longer session, you can pay $15/month or see if someone in your group has access through their work (I’ve joined many sales meetings through this application).
Text – keep in touch via a text thread. Pray for one another, share scripture, tell a joke.
Facebook – Create a FB group to communicate. You can use the FB live function to share a devotion with your group.
HOW CAN YOU HELP
Be the Church
We’ve never seen anything quite like this before. We are still in a time of trying to evaluate and prioritize the need that is out there. We are doing our best to evaluate who is the most vulnerable and reach out to them to see what their needs are and how we can help. You can do the same.
If there is someone you know that is older, chronically ill, a single parent or just someone you think might be struggling more in light of current circumstances, reach out to them and see if you can help.
We believe in equipping our Cross Points Community to be the church. We have a Facebook group that exists to post needs, available resources and prayers during this season! The church isn’t a building, you are the church! Join the Facebook group here.
