Legacy 2

The decisions you make are more important than you think. Those decisions not only affect you they affect those closest to you. Good decisions can reverberate for a life-time. Bad decisions can derail you in a moment. What decisions will you make?

Passing down the lessons learned from life is a valuable part of the legacy we leave for our children and grandchildren. Lessons learned are a gift to the next generation. Sharing your wisdom with others is of the utmost importance.

Join us this month as we talk about what has been handed down to us and what we will pass on to future generations.

I will teach you hidden lessons from our past—
stories we have heard and known,
stories our ancestors handed down to us.
We will not hide these truths from our children;
we will tell the next generation
about the glorious deeds of the Lord,
about his power and his mighty wonders. – Psalm 78:2-4

Join us this month as we talk about the spiritual road trip to freedom.  Throughout life you will have various pit stops, breakdowns and fuel stops.  But, as you make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, your destination is certain.

You are headed toward the Jordan River. The Promised Land is right around the corner.

But, before we cross the Jordan River and enter the Promised Land, we will have to walk through the wilderness of this messed up world.  Yet, as we trust in Jesus, we will experience God’s power and His grace.

The Great Exchange

Christ came to Earth for a very specific purpose. He came to seek and save the lost. The problem was the sinful nature of humanity. The answer was the, “Great Exchange” a mystery hidden for ages and finally revealed in Jesus Christ.

This Easter Season we will discover the power of the great exchange which takes place when we allow God to transfer all of our sin, guilt and shame upon Him and exchange it for His purity and holiness.

What’s in Your Wallet?

Is it filled with hundred dollar bills or lint?  Are you rich, poor or middle class?  Are you in debt or living the high life?

As a follower of Jesus you have been given specific instructions on how to best utilize the finances that have been given to you.  Whether rich or poor you have the ability to use your money and resources for the most good.

As the saying goes, “It’s not what you have but what you do with what you have that matters.”
