Grow Series

Grow Banner Final

This year at Cross Points we are leaning into the word “GROW.” For the month of January, we are going to slow down so we can grow up in our relationship with Jesus.

“Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:7

Come grow with us this month!

14 DAYS OF PRAYER AND FASTING

page151_picture0_565a504ece3a6

From the beginning of Cross Points Church, we have made it a priority to seek God first in prayer. We do this collectively as a church in January through 14 days of prayer. This month is intentional, as it begins a new season of the year. Together, we faithfully seek God first, trusting in His power alone to create lasting impact in our lives, our church and our world.

Come grow with us during these times of corporate prayer and worship!

January 3 (Sunday)   6:00-7:00 p.m. (Sanctuary)
January 4-7 (Mon – Thurs) 12:00-1:00 p.m.  (Fireside Lounge)
January 8  (Friday)   7:00-8:00 p.m. (Sanctuary)
January 10 (Sunday) 6:00-7:00 p.m.  (Sanctuary)
January 11-14 (Mon – Thurs) 12:00-1:00 p.m.  (Fireside Lounge)
January 15  (Friday)   7:00-8:00 p.m. (Sanctuary)

At these worship and prayer services, you will put seeking God first into practice, and when you do this, He will start working on your behalf like never before. You will see a difference in your relationships, your work, your family and every area of your life. It is then you will best be able to spread His love to others.

IF:Gathering 2016

IF:Gathering Johnson County save the date

The IF:Gathering seeks to gather, equip, and unleash this generation of women to live out God’s calling on their lives. We are a generation of women that believes God at His Word that He called us to our places and will use us for His glory and for the good of His people. Our goal is to make the name of Jesus great in and through the women of our church, neighborhood, & city.

IF:Gathering 2016 | Friday & Saturday, February 5 & 6

The world around us feels like it is crumbling and almost nothing seems certain, until we look to Jesus and see that our Hope is very clear and certain. He didn’t just give us salvation—Jesus is our salvation and the example of what it means to live in the fullness of grace and truth.

What the world needs is His redemption, the very redemption and hope that lives inside of us. Rather than shrink back, it is time to love like Jesus loved, serve like Jesus served, pray like Jesus prayed, and pursue holiness like Jesus pursued it. This February 5-6, join this global gathering of women across denominations, generations, and cultures as we come together in the name of Jesus.

One Child Gives Sermon Series

Advent Banner 2015

One Child gives…

Hope, Love, Joy and Peace.

Only one child in the history of the world can bring lasting hope, love, joy and peace.  This child was born in a little town and in a dirty manger to a humble virgin.  He was sent by His Father from the glorious throne room of heaven with one purpose – to reconcile humanity back to their Creator.

Jesus, Emmanuel—God with us, lived life on earth as a perfect reflection of His Father in heaven.  The story of Christmas is the story of one Child, who came and lived among cruel humanity and brought hope to the hopeless, love to the broken, joy to those who mourn, and perfect peace to the world.

Join us this Advent season as we celebrate one Child!
